These heavy duty D (D cell or IEC R20) size 1.5V batteries with zinc chloride are long lasting and  super charged suitable for a variety of applications.

Each battery is cylindrical in shape and has an electrical contact at each end positive and negative.

D shaped batteries are most used in high drain applications such as flashlights,transmitters and radio receivers.
